Atelier Madre is a thriving independent brand founded in 2021 redefining the way premium accessories are made. Our concept revolves around hyper-local production and sourcing, and we're proud to have design, production, marketing, and retail all under one roof in the vibrant heart of El Born, Barcelona.

Your Role

As our social media Videographer, you'll create the storyboards and execute the content for our social media accounts. Your mission? To create compelling narratives that captivate and engage our audience showing the creation inside our workshop on a daily basis. Our atelier and workshop is your video set, and you are confident to create professional content as a one-person team. We are a startup, so there might be more responsibilities for you in the future.

Requirements

You need to be based in Barcelona, but we offer you the flexibility to choose your working hours within our daily schedule of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day. Depending on the profile, we can envision a contract between 20-40 hours weekly.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a video creator with an exceptional sense of aesthetics and excellent technical knowledge. You're not just a creator of beautiful imagery - you are a storyteller. You understand the importance of hook rate, watch time, and increasing reach while maintaining a consistent brand image.

Technically, you should have extensive knowledge in the following fields:

• Color grading, lighting, recording, editing, cutting, voice-over, text overlay
• Professional video software
• Capcut and iPhone recording

Our expectations from you:

• Showcase your video and photography skills, with a portfolio or social media.
• Demonstrate expertise in video and color editing.
• Be experienced with social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
• Have proficiency in English, at an advanced or native level.

This job consists of two parts:

• Creating visually stunning and captivating videos daily.
• Analyzing and improving them every day to increase reach.
