Triple is building the intelligence layer for financial services, delivering AI-powered dispute automation for top-tier banks and fintechs worldwide. You will own product areas end-to-end, decide what to build next, and architect AI-driven solutions that scale across many banks and fintechs.

Join a fast-moving, remote team with a strong focus on shipping production-ready features that impact real clients and improve recovery rates and case handling. English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production software, including at least one product area you took from an idea to something customers depend on.
• Strong full-stack engineering: build a whole feature from schema and API to agent flow and interface.
• Product judgment you can point to: features you proposed, built and measured.
• English proficiency is required. Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own whole product areas, from problem to shipped feature and metrics.
• Decide what we build next with banks, analysts and cases to solve real problems.
• Make product and architecture calls for disputes at scale.
• Design disputes run on AI agents: decisions, handoffs, and bank visibility of rule adherence.
• Prototype fast and validate with real users.
• Build across the stack: domain model, APIs, agent flows, interfaces.
