Must-Haves

Advanced English (written and spoken) – You’ll be working directly with U.S. clients.

Proven experience in AI-focused roles – Ideally 3+ years working in applied AI, ML, or research.

Solid understanding of AI / ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.)

Experience building or fine-tuning models (LLMs, transformers, etc.)

Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have (but not required)

Contributions to open-source AI projects

Research publications or patents in the AI / ML space

Experience with MLOps and deploying models to production

Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Background in startup environments or product development
