Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment. This remote hourly contract role invites thoughtful, clear communicators to assess outputs from a policy perspective, with assignments completed asynchronously on a flexible schedule.

No prior AI or policy background is required, making it accessible to motivated individuals with an interest in ethics and critical thinking.

Formación

• Strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively.
• Interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or related topics.
• Clear and precise written communicator.
• Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation criteria.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• No prior AI, policy, or compliance experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards.
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness.
• Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines.
• Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues in clear, professional language.
• Work across a diverse range of topics and content types.
• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
