UST busca un Ingeniero de Software IA para unirse a un equipo global, trabajando en la integración de capacidades de IA en soluciones empresariales en un entorno híbrido en Madrid. Se espera experiencia en ML, CI/CD y seguridad, con enfoque en escalabilidad y cumplimiento.

La posición ofrece trabajo en oficina y remoto (3 días en Madrid, 2 días desde casa), colaboración internacional y oportunidades para desarrollar conocimiento en IA aplicada a la gestión y diseño de software.

Formación

• 3–5 años de experiencia como ingeniero de software o especialista DevOps/MLOps, con experiencia en integración de IA y automatización de procesos.
• Conocimiento profundo de pipelines CI/CD, plataformas cloud, contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes) y APIs.
• Experiencia práctica integrando ML e IA generativa en entornos de producción con enfoque en escalabilidad y seguridad.
• Foco en seguridad y cumplimiento, trabajando en equipos ágiles y colaborativos.

Responsabilidades

• Integrar capacidades de IA en la cadena de entrega de software de forma segura y escalable.
• Colaborar con AI Product Engineers y equipos de plataforma para definir oportunidades de IA.
• Prototipar y validar pipelines basados en LLM o RAG para generar valor comercial.
• Contribuir a automatización impulsada por IA en plataformas de productividad para desarrolladores.
• Desarrollar y mantener APIs, pipelines y integraciones de servicios para funciones de IA en plataformas existentes.
• Asegurar trazabilidad, registro y cumplimiento con estándares empresariales.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a AI Software Engineer to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management. We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client s IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.

Work model is hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH).

Your main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Own the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities into the software delivery toolchain, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable delivery of AI solutions through automation and collaboration with platform teams.
• Collaborate closely with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to define and scope opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Prototype and validate Large Language Model (LLM)-based or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to drive business value.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation efforts across developer productivity platforms, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines, and service integrations for AI features within existing platforms, such as Corporate Identity (CI)/Corporate Design (CD), observability, and developer workplace.
• Ensure traceability, logging, and compliance of integrated solutions, adhering to enterprise standards and security best practices.
• Drive best practices for automation, monitoring, and reproducibility, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

What do we expect from you?

• 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer or DevOps/MLOps specialist, with expertise in AI integration and process automation.
• In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs.
• Hands-on experience integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI solutions into production environments, emphasizing scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Strong focus on security, with familiarity with enterprise-grade tools and adherence to data protection and compliance standards.
• Skilled at working within agile, cross-functional teams, paired with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Holds a bachelors or master s degree in computer science or a related field, or demonstrates equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English.
