About the Role
As a Bilingual Travel Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service:
Answering customer inquiries via phone in German, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions. - Assisting customers with booking accommodations on our user-friendly platform.
- Identifying and resolving customer concerns proactively.
- Building strong relationships with customers through personalized and empathetic communication.
- Exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving:
- Effectively diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to bookings and platform usage.
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
Maintaining accurate records:
- Documenting all customer interactions and resolving actions in our CRM system.
Actively seeking opportunities to enhance customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Fluency in German: Native or near-native fluency in German is essential.
