Alimak Group AB is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop and implement ML/AI solutions that enhance product safety and efficiency across the global operation. You will work with domain experts to turn ideas into deployable AI applications and dashboards using data from IoT devices and company systems.

The role focuses on developing internal AI tools, enabling Copilot/low-code/no-code AI solutions, and ensuring responsible AI practices across projects.

Formación

• Degree in software development or CS with ML specialization
• 1–3 years of data scientist/ML/AI engineer experience
• Proficient in Python with practical experience
• Strong knowledge of ML fundamentals and statistics
• Experience with full stack web development, APIs, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (Azure) and GitHub
• Experience with AI cloud services and building AI agent applications
• Experience with Docker and containerized apps

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and build dashboards from IoT data for decision makers
• Develop models to predict use, wear, failure, demand, etc.
• Develop AI solutions to create more sustainable and safer products
• Develop tools and applications to help users find information and automate processes
• Support AI adoption by sharing knowledge and contributing to company initiatives
