Your Mission :

We seek a skilled AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer to join our Agentic AI Center of Excellence team in Barcelona. This hybrid role involves designing, developing, and deploying agent-powered process automation solutions for key processes (P2P, O2C, A2R, G2G, tax, payroll). The candidate will combine expertise in AI engineering (agent orchestration, LLM integration) with full-stack development (client portals, omnichannel interfaces) to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance during the POC phase, with potential for expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Engineering :

• Develop and optimize autonomous AI agents for fiduciary workflows, utilizing embedded LLMs and multi-agent systems.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using vector stores and data pipelines (MS Fabric / Databricks) for advanced insights.
• Design reusable modules for task execution, reasoning, and monitoring to ensure scalability across clients.
• Integrate custom tools and infrastructure supporting agent automation, aligned with European and international standards.

Full-Stack Development :

• Create and maintain client-facing interfaces, including self-service portals and mobile apps, using modern frameworks.
• Develop omnichannel experiences for clients, employees, and partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement.
• Collaborate on platform models focusing on orchestration, governance, and compliance by design.

Collaboration & Innovation :

• Work with finance experts and the core team to embed domain expertise into AI solutions.
• Contribute to POC development, tooling, and infrastructure setup to accelerate delivery and reduce errors.
• Support group alignment by designing scalable technology to meet business outcomes and quality standards.

Your Profile : Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in AI / ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI).
• Experience in AI engineering with focus on reasoning, structured outputs, and domain-specific LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience with Databricks, vector stores (Pinecone, FAISS), and MS Fabric for data pipelines.
• Full-stack skills (React, Node.js, Python) for scalable web applications integrated with AI workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, MLOps).

Experience :

• 3+ years in AI engineering or full-stack development, preferably with hybrid projects.
• Proven experience in process automation or agent-based systems.
