As a ML Engineer, you will:

• Understand user needs and business opportunities and
• Identify where Artificial Intelligence (including GenAI) can bring the greatest impact.
• Contribute to the implementation of the AI strategy and roadmap for the company.
• Support the planning and oversee the implementation of tooling used to deploy and host ML models.
• Share your knowledge with colleagues to boost machine learning and strengthen our AI community.

Responsibilities include:

• Applying machine learning methods (including deep learning and GenAI) to develop solutions addressing impactful business needs.
• Providing hands-on support in Computer Vision and/or NLP tasks.
• Ensuring quality and robustness of AI system outputs.
• Collaborating with team members to productionize end-to-end ML solutions.
• Applying Generative AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Python with the ability to translate ideas into prototypes.
• Experience working in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with non-technical audiences.
• Staying current with the latest advancements in ML and GenAI technologies.
