Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid invites applications for an AI Solutions & Innovation Intern to support the development, testing, and optimization of enterprise AI platforms and internal digital products.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in agile environments to translate requirements into practical AI integrations, while documenting results and sharing knowledge across the organization. The role is based in Málaga with flexible hours and a 1‑year commitment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English, German a plus but not required.
• Programming knowledge in at least one language, preferably Python.

As an AI Solutions & Innovation Intern, you will support the development, testing, and optimization of enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, n8n, and other cutting-edge technologies. You will also play an important role in promoting knowledge sharing, driving innovation, and helping teams adopt new AI capabilities across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Support the development, testing, and optimization of AI-driven solutions and internal digital products.
• Work with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, n8n, and other emerging AI technologies.
• Experiment with new features, provide feedback, and contribute to the evolution of our digital ecosystem.
• Assist in integrating AI capabilities into business processes and workflows.
• Create reusable documentation, guides, and best practices to help teams adopt new tools.
• Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile and iterative environments.
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Languages

• Fluent English, both written and spoken. German is a plus but not required.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of software development principles and programming fundamentals.
• Programming knowledge in at least one language, preferably Python.
• Initial experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, JSON).
• Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Interest in DevOps, data processing, and AI model integration.
• Basic understanding of AI agents, tool usage, and agentic workflows.
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.

• Experience gained through academic projects, personal initiatives, or internships.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based and agile environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document, test, and communicate technical results clearly.
