Super seeks a Staff Strategy & Competitive Intelligence Researcher to connect user insights with market decisions. You will own the intelligence layer and synthesize signals from User Research, Quant Research, and Market Intelligence to drive CEO, CPO, CMO, and Board actions.
You will build and maintain strategic profiles, run an AI-augmented monitoring system, and deliver monthly briefs with actionable recommendations.
Formación
- 8+ years in strategy, CI, or related roles with decision-focused outputs.
- Experience operating AI-augmented strategy workflows and building analytics.
- Strong market sizing, regulatory awareness, and board-facing communication.
Responsabilidades
- Own and lead Super’s competitive intelligence at the strategic level.
- Develop and maintain multi-market market sizing and regulatory tracking.
- Translate regulatory developments into commercial implications and actions.
- Prepare executive briefs and board-ready reviews with clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Commercial Strategy, Legal, and Public Affairs.
