Super is seeking a Staff Strategy & Competitive Intelligence Researcher to connect user signals to market bets, owning the intelligence layer above the research stack. You will translate signals from User Research and Market Intelligence into a continuous, opinionated view for the CEO, CPO, CMO, and Board.

You will build and maintain strategic profiles, run a monthly briefing, and respond rapidly to competitor moves with recommended positions.

Formación

• Proven ability to translate user and market signals into actionable strategy.
• Experience building strategic narratives for exec audiences.
• Ability to design and maintain scalable market models and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Own the competitive intelligence function at a strategic level.
• Operate AI-augmented monitoring across multiple competitors and markets.
• Build and maintain competitor strategic profiles and briefs for execs.
• Produce monthly strategic briefings with clear recommended actions.
• React quickly to significant moves with synthesized, recommended positions.
