Job summary

Groupon is hiring in Madrid for an analytics/BI professional to own the marketing dataflow. You will map end-to-end journey tracking, identify gaps, and drive fixes with Engineering, CRM and Product. You will build and maintain Keboola pipelines, datamarts and dashboards supporting CRM and lifecycle reporting.

You will work in an AI-first environment, documenting data products for both humans and AI agents, and you will own data quality monitoring and cross-team data problem solving.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics or BI with strong SQL.
• Hands-on experience running an ETL/ELT platform (Keboola preferred).
• Experience with a CDP (Bloomreach/Exponea or equivalent).
• Proven ability to solve cross-team data problems.
• Clear written communication of data gaps and costs to non-technical owners.
• AI tools are part of daily work.
• Nice to have: Tableau; experience with email/push channel data.

Responsibilities

• Map the User Journey data flow end-to-end: events, CDP, IDs, UTM, traffic-source classification, orders.
• Rank gaps by business impact and drive fixes with Eng, CRM and Product.
• Build monitoring for data quality and datamarts pipelines.
• Own Keboola pipelines: extractors, transformations, orchestration, and datamarts.
• Manage tracking/attribution backlog and dashboards for CRM and lifecycle reporting.
• Document data products in the data catalog for AI agents and humans.
