Job summary

AXA Group Operations is seeking an AI-Enhanced Penetration Tester to elevate our cybersecurity posture by applying AI/ML to penetration testing, OSINT, and attack surface monitoring. You will identify complex vulnerabilities, simulate attacks, and provide data-driven insights to strengthen AXA's digital defenses.

You will work across web apps, APIs, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and on-prem systems, developing AI-enabled tooling and automation to improve vulnerability verification, risk

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on penetration testing or offensive security experience.
• Proven interest or experience applying AI/ML to cybersecurity challenges.
• Ability to develop or customize AI-powered security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced penetration tests across web apps, APIs, cloud, and networks.
• Research and implement AI/ML tools to automate testing workflows.
• Conduct vulnerability discovery, risk assessment, and remediation reporting.
• Develop custom tools and scripts to enhance offensive security platforms.
• Collaborate with security engineers and developers to improve controls.
