• Engage directly with clients and translate sector views into actionable advice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead research and analysis for I&L and Data Centers across Spain with European/global context.
• Identify early trends and translate them into investment and occupier views.
• Develop research models and products using AI to answer new questions.
• Automate recurring data tasks with DT teams to free time for analysis.
• Be the public voice of the market for your sectors through events and external communication.
• Collaborate with Research peers across Europe and globally, sharing methods and benchmarking data.
• Mentor junior researchers and support a shared AI-skills baseline.
