Job summary

Superside is hiring an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist to help turn learning goals into practical, AI-powered solutions. You’ll prototype Claude-supported resources, automate workflows, and keep our learning systems organized for easy access.

This fully remote, async-first team values independence and curiosity. You’ll work with Sana LMS, Notion, and Claude, building content and processes that scale across time zones and brands.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing and structuring knowledge for easy access.
• Hands-on AI experience and curiosity about next possibilities.
• Experience with workflow automation and technical workflows.
• A systems mindset and follow-through to make things work.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into a clear plan and action.
• People-first approach focused on learner experience.
• Experience in learning and development or HR is a plus.
• Familiarity with learning platforms (LMS) is a plus.
• Clear, concise written communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Prototype Claude-powered learning resources and automations.
• Turn ideas into working, scalable learning solutions.
• Run async onboarding and automate enrollment, reminders, and reporting.
• Organize and maintain learning knowledge for easy discovery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions.
