Totalum is an AI-powered platform helping teams build custom business software quickly. We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Automation to own and scale Totalum's customer acquisition engine.

You'll lead paid acquisition, outbound prospecting, and social media, using AI agents and automation while maintaining strategic oversight and quality control. The role blends marketing judgment with AI-native execution in a fast-moving startup.

Formación

• 3+ years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and experience with Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven experience with B2B cold outreach, lead generation, and email sequencing.
• Experience creating and managing social media content, especially for LinkedIn and X.
• Strong copywriting skills across ads, landing pages, cold emails, and social content.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
• Own targeting, campaign structure, creative testing, copy, landing page coordination, budgets, and optimization.
• Define ICPs, prospect segments, messaging, sequences, and personalization strategies for outbound campaigns.
• Build and manage scalable outbound campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn.
• Own Totalum's publishing strategy across LinkedIn, X, and other social channels.
• Supervise AI agents responsible for campaign management, prospecting, outreach, content creation, and social publishing.
• Review agent outputs, correct mistakes, and improve prompts and workflows.
• Work with product/technical teams for deeper automation improvements.
