Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills: Power Query, Macros, automation tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Experience with ticketing/case management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Freshservice.
• Exposure to automation, digital transformation, or AI-driven process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post Journal Entries.
• Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Analyze variances, outstanding items, and account activity to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain appropriate supporting documentation and audit-ready records.
• Participate in and support Month-End Close activities.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and client requirements.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze financial information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide high-quality support to an external client and manage inquiries via ticketing platforms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate processes using AI.
