Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is hiring an Accounting Automation Engineer to streamline multi‑entity accounting across countries using Claude Code and AI. The role focuses on automating AP/AR, reconciliations, month‑end close, and data pipelines with APIs and SQL.

Strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge and hands‑on AI tooling experience are essential. We seek someone who can build agentic workflows, ship scripts, and operate across ERP systems while maintaining audit trails and controls.

Qualifications

• Two things matter most: IFRS/US GAAP knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, backed by solid engineering basics.

Responsibilities

• Automate accounts payable, AR, reconciliations and close with human review where needed.
• Develop data pipelines between ERP, banks, and spreadsheets.
• Work with APIs and MCP servers, CSV/Excel data, and basic SQL.
• Ensure accuracy, controls and audit trails.
• Drive month-end close processes and management reporting packs.
