Howspace is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to drive AI-native feature development and deliver production-grade code for an AI-assisted platform. You will work across the core platform and new AI-powered workflows, collaborating with product, design and other engineers to ship value to customers.

You will design APIs, implement integrations and background jobs while improving architecture, test coverage and reliability.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Experience building production systems and APIs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Work on core platform and AI-powered workflows for users and organizations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Design APIs, build MCP-servers, integrations and background jobs.
• Improve architecture, maintainability, reliability and test coverage.
• Build guardrails to ensure agent reliability and correct output.
