Howspace is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to drive AI-native feature development and deliver production-grade code for an AI-assisted platform. You will work across the core platform and new AI-powered workflows, collaborating with product, design and other engineers to ship value to customers.

You will design APIs, implement integrations and background jobs while improving architecture, test coverage and reliability.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Experience building production systems and APIs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer who is excited about AI-assisted and agent-driven development, while still thinking like an engineer: understanding systems, making good tradeoffs, testing, debugging, simplifying, and taking responsibility for code that runs in production. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will drive AI-native feature development and turn complex user needs into shipped production code.

What you'll do:

In this role, you will be working on both the core platform and new AI-powered workflows for our users, and organizations.

• Collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers
• Orchestrate agents end-to-end: spec-first, AI-assisted planning, agentic execution, AI-assisted review, full-loop validation - you direct the work
• Building AI-assisted features into the Howspace platform
• Developing agentic and chatbot-based workflows for real production use
• Designing APIs, building MCP-servers, integrations and background jobs
• Improving architecture, maintainability, reliability, and test coverage
• Build the guardrails (specs, checks, validation loops) that make agents reliable, and catch output that's wrong even when it looks right
• Be part of the team that constantly reviews and improves agentic-development practices by sharing best practices and pushing the standard higher

What you'll bring:

• Advanced software engineering background building production systems with PHP and JS/TS
• Hands-on experience running end-to-end workflows with AI coding agents (Claude Code, ChatGPT/Codex, Cursor, Copilot)
• Sharp engineering judgment to review agent output, debug edge cases, and own final code quality
• Ability to operate across the full stack, from backend logic to clean UI components
• Autonomous, outcome-driven mindset with clear communication in a hybrid team
• Experience in L&D or HR tech space is a plus
• Typically requires 5+ years of software engineering experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
