Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an AI Engineer / Full Stack Developer to join Mondelēz Digital Services. This role is based in Madrid, Barcelona or Warsaw and focuses on building an AI-powered insights platform that turns market data into decision-ready recommendations for teams worldwide.

You will design data pipelines, deploy AI/ML models, and ship full stack applications using Python, React/Next.js, and cloud services, while collaborating with Product, Data Science and Business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade applications or pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines ingesting, transforming, and serving market data.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based workflows, including RAG pipelines.
• Build and ship full stack applications (APIs, back end, front end) surfacing AI-generated insights for business users.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions, including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), containerisation (Docker), and CI/CD practices.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
