Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks an AI Engineer / Full Stack Developer for AI Reporting & Insights, Barcelona or Warsaw based. You will design, build, and deploy data pipelines and AI models turning market data into decision-ready insights for stakeholders globally.

You will collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business teams, implement CI/CD, IaC with Terraform, and ensure security across cloud deployments using AWS and Databricks.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and building production-grade applications.
• Experience across full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines ingesting and transforming market data.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and RAG workflows with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Build full stack apps (APIs, backend, frontend) surfacing AI insights.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines and models.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Contribute to platform architecture with Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
