Job summary

Mondelēz Digital Services is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to join a growing engineering team building a new AI-powered insights platform. You will design and deliver end-to-end data pipelines, AI/ML models, and full stack applications surfacing AI-driven insights for stakeholders globally.

You will collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business teams, emphasize scalable architectures, and contribute to platform decisions including Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and production-grade applications
• Experience in full stack development, AI/ML engineering or data engineering with willingness to broaden
• Hands-on with AWS and Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake)
• Exposure to LLMs, prompting, RAG pipelines or agent-based architectures
• Familiarity with React/Next.js and API design (REST, GraphQL)
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling and working with varied data at scale
• Solid software engineering foundations: Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines ingesting market and business data
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based workflows
• Build and ship full stack applications surface AI insights to business users
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions including IaC and containerisation
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews and sprints
