Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst in IT projects.
• Experience in banking/financial services is highly preferred.
• Practical experience with Generative AI technologies and AI-powered development assistants.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Business, Architecture, Development, QA, and DevOps as the bridge between business and engineering teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Define functional specifications, solution behavior, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams to support backend solutions based on Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to scalable, reliable, and secure solutions aligned with standards.
• Validate designs and coordinate requirements across stakeholders.
• Support testing and acceptance activities to ensure quality and feasibility.
• Leverage Generative AI to accelerate requirements analysis and documentation.
