Linkedin is seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to bridge business needs with engineering in a mission-critical financial messaging context. You will gather requirements, define functional specs, and ensure acceptance criteria are met across Java and Spring Boot backend delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT, experience in banking/financial domains, and advanced English (C1). You will also leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve docs, and support testing

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst in IT projects.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or financial systems strongly preferred.
• Practical experience with Generative AI technologies throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Advanced English – C1 minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams; gather and document requirements.
• Define functional specifications, solution behavior, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams delivering backend solutions with Java and Spring Boot.
• Support testing and acceptance to ensure solutions meet functional and business expectations.
• Leverage Generative AI to accelerate analysis, transform requirements into technical specs, and improve documentation.
• Promote best practices in requirements management, functional analysis, documentation and delivery.
