Allianz Technology seeks an AI-Native Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of the Payco platform, coordinating architects, engineers, product stakeholders, and AI-enabled teams to meet timelines and quality goals.

You will shape delivery governance, manage risks, and advocate AI-native practices, while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in software delivery, project management, program leadership, or technology consulting environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technology teams and delivering complex software solutions in agile environments.
• Solid understanding of modern software architectures and technologies, including cloud-native platforms, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with payments, collections, finance, accounting, or subledger platforms is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong interest in AI-native software development, including hands-on exposure to AI coding assistants, agentic workflows, or AI-enabled delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Payco platform, ensuring successful execution against agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Coordinate a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, product stakeholders, and AI-assisted development workflows to deliver scalable payment, collection, and financial solutions.
• Drive project planning, prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and dependency tracking across technical and business workstreams.
• Promote and implement AI-native software delivery practices, including AI-assisted development, specification-driven delivery, automated quality controls, and agent-output validation.
• Facilitate technical discussions and challenge solution design decisions, architectural trade-offs, and implementation approaches where appropriate.
• Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, governance models, and team collaboration practices to support an agile and high-performing environment.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress, risks, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
