Frontiers is seeking a Solutions Architect to design, deliver, and maintain complete technical solutions aligned with our product strategy and standards. You will own the architectural direction for an assigned value stream and mentor engineers across multiple teams, promoting AI-driven development and scalable, secure systems.

You will drive technical strategy, work with leaders across engineering, and ensure non-functional requirements are met while collaborating with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in system architecture and cloud computing.
• Proficiency in AI and generative AI technologies across the SDLC.
• Proficiency in data architecture, AI security, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking across the software lifecycle.
• Alignment with company goals and strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scalable solution designs aligned with business requirements.
• Select technologies, platforms and frameworks per standards.
• Own non-functional requirements: performance, security, scalability, reliability.
• Contribute to technical strategy and standards across the organisation.
• Mentor Software Engineering Team Leads and Engineers.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of innovation and engineering excellence.
