TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support IT and digital projects, with a focus on AI, cloud, and automation. You will bridge business and IT teams, ensuring smooth coordination and clear communication while contributing with your technical understanding and hands-on approach.

Within this role you will assist planning, track milestones and budgets, translate business needs into actionable tasks, and help build reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar.
• Initial hands‑on exposure to technical environments (AI, cloud, or development).
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate; Power Platform a plus).
• Understanding of data, APIs, or system integrations is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership.
• Strong communication and teamwork across business and tech teams.
• Excellent Excel and Jira skills; Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and technical projects (AI, cloud, automation).
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and budgets.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, data, cloud, development).
• Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks for IT teams.
• Support basic technical activities such as data handling, scripting, or automation when relevant.
• Work with tools and platforms such as Power Automate and AI solutions to improve workflows.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and insights (Excel, Power BI when needed).
• Organize project meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Coordinate timelines and resources across multiple projects.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI-driven use cases.
