Xe.com is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own defined features and areas of the product from discovery through delivery, under the Product Manager’s guidance. You will work closely with the squad on a platform that moves money for Xe customers, collaborating with engineering on delivery, and using data and customer evidence to inform roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of product or related experience (product management, product analytics, associate product management, or equivalent).
• Experience owning features or product areas end-to-end, with a track record of shipping.
• Strong customer and partner discovery skills and evidence-driven decision making.
• Strong data and analytics skills: defining metrics, running basic experiments, analyzing outcomes.
• Technical fluency: APIs, data flows, and system architecture basics to partner with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own defined features or areas of the roadmap under the Product Manager’s direction, from spec through delivery.
• Support roadmap and prioritization: write user stories, maintain the backlog, and keep delivery on track.
• Run discovery and analysis by talking to customers and analyzing product data to form recommendations.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery with engineering, design, and compliance, tracking progress against metrics.
