? What you’ll be doing

• Lead complex deployments of AI software into enterprise client environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and IT Security)
• Drive implementation from kickoff to go-live, ensuring seamless integration and adoption
• Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains
• Use tools like Smartsheet to oversee project tracking, reporting, and communication
• Troubleshoot deployment challenges and optimise rollout processes
• Influence product enhancements through feedback from deployment experiences

? What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in project management, client onboarding, or enterprise SaaS/AI deployments
• Proven ability to navigate enterprise IT environments and complex stakeholder networks
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills in fast-paced, remote-first teams
• Deep understanding of deployment methodologies and security considerations
• Experience using Smartsheet (must-have) and familiarity with collaboration/project tools
• A proactive mindset: you’re solutions-focused, unflappable, and self-motivated
