Mainloop AI in Barcelona is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to join our AI-native delivery team. You will work at the intersection of engineering, consulting and product, turning messy business processes into working software in weeks.

Based in Barcelona with significant travel across Europe, you will map real workflows, define the functional architecture for AI agents, and drive MVPs from idea to usable product before handing over to the product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Interest in AI-driven automation and business process transformation.
• Ability to map real workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Willingness to travel across Europe to understand processes in person.

Responsibilities

• Go into businesses to observe how processes actually work.
• Map workflows, pain points, actors, and data flows.
• Define functional architectures for AI agents and MVPs.
• Write clear handover documents for Product Owner and engineers.
• Onboard early users and drive MVP adoption.
• Quantify impact and decide if automation is worthwhile.
