Oliver Wyman is seeking a Business Analyst for the WAVE team in Madrid. You will be the day-to-day operational lead, turning incoming partner demand into clear briefs, maintaining priorities, and ensuring outputs are reusable and scalable.

This hands-on role blends consulting thinking with collaboration with technical colleagues, shaping capabilities and measuring success through governance and delivery standards. Spanish fluency is highly valued for regional collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years in management consulting or a comparable environment.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to quickly assess feasibility, impact, and prioritization.
• Full professional English; Spanish strongly preferred for regional collaboration.
• Experience working with technical teams to shape AI-based solution designs.
• Excellent structuring and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Turn incoming partner demand into practical, high-value briefs for the team.
• Own day-to-day prioritization and backlog flow, surfacing trade-offs when needed.
• Help translate early ideas into proposals, prototypes, and supporting material.
• Coordinate with the team lead and technical counterpart for aligned outputs.
• Maintain reusable content and run governance cadences to keep momentum.
