Since our public release in September 2023, we have experienced incredible traction, growing from 0 to 22M users. As we grow, our goal is to keep enhancing existing key features as well as developing new exciting functionalities (group chat, AI chat & phone calls in local languages, video calls, AI video generation, AR / VR, etc.).

Our Team

We are an enthusiastic, passionate, and hardworking team of 55 people. Our founding team has strong entrepreneurial experience building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO.

Your Role Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including content creators, product managers, and AI engineers, to define requirements for AI avatar creation.
• Fine-tune diffusion-based models by embedding new concepts using techniques like Dreambooth, LoRA, or textual inversion.
• Research and evaluate open-source models to enhance our image and video generation pipelines.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to produce high-quality, coherent, and creative visual content.
• Stay up to date with the latest in generative AI (image & video), and experiment with state-of-the-art models to push our creative boundaries.

Your Qualifications Hard Skills

• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning or parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) methods for diffusion models (e.g., Dreambooth, LoRA, textual inversion).
• Knowledge of standard GenAI tools and frameworks for computer vision: Pillow, torch, diffusers, ComfyUI, Automatic1111.
• At least 2 years of experience working with generative models such as Stable Diffusion (1.5, XL), Wan-Video, or Hunyuan.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work is required (GitHub and/or CivitAI, for example).
• Solid foundation in programming and software engineering: ability to work with code, tools, and infrastructure.

• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment.
• Doer mindset - we are moving fast and need people who can find the right balance between executing, planning, and strategy.
• Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback.
• Comfortable working with uncensored models and content (NSFW).

Bonus Points

• Experience with Python for scripting or building pipelines.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based environments.

What We Offer

We prefer a B2B contract but can be flexible, as long as you’re in it for the long haul.
