Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Madrid for a fully remote, hourly contract role focused on AI-generated code evaluation and improvement. You will write, review, and refine AI outputs and provide expert feedback to guide AI coding assistants.

You’ll work on hands-on software tasks across languages, contribute to safety and reliability, and enjoy flexible, async scheduling with potential for ongoing engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages listed above and ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across a range of languages and problem domains.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs and provide actionable feedback.
• Design prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Rank multiple AI-generated solutions by engineering quality and explain decisions clearly.
• Work independently and asynchronously on a flexible schedule.
