Talan is seeking an AI-Assisted Code Analyst to design, analyze, and optimize software by blending modern software engineering with AI-powered tools. You will review and improve trading controls applications, reduce technical debt, and help deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI-assisted development and documentation. The role emphasizes CI/CD, code quality, cybersecurity, and collaboration in a hybrid or remote setup based in Spain.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer or Code Analyst.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Maven, HTML and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines; DevOps practices.
• Proven use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin, similar).
• Knowledge of application security and code quality tools (SonarQube, Fortify).
• Experience in Agile software development environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop software components that meet business and technical requirements.
• Analyze, review, and optimize Java and Spring Boot applications for performance and maintainability.
• Reduce technical debt by applying best coding practices and quality improvements.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Contribute to CI/CD and modern development standards.
• Document solutions using JIRA, Confluence, and ALM.
• Support production and cybersecurity standards.
