Roche is seeking a recent graduate to join a fast-paced, AI-enabled Business Development team in Spain. You will help shape how AI enhances strategic capabilities, building no/low-code tools and data visualizations to support decision-making across departments.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing training, and documentation, with a focus on turning AI insights into practical business outcomes. Roche values diversity and inclusive growth.

Formación

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience using GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and building data visualizations (Tableau).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to document AI use cases clearly.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project requirements and validate AI-driven applications.
• Design and build no-code/low-code AI tools to automate internal workflows.
• Develop AI-enhanced solutions to support diverse business use cases and improve decision-making.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users for AI-based applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize solutions based on user feedback and evolving needs.
• Maintain AI capabilities within corporate business development applications and stay updated on trends.
• Develop and update documentation and knowledge bases for AI tools.
