Roche in Spain is seeking a recent graduate to join the Business Development AI team to shape AI-driven applications and workflows.

You will collaborate across departments, design no-code/low-code tools, and help scale AI capabilities with training and support.

This role focuses on bridging technical and business needs in a fast-paced environment, contributing to Roche's mission in healthcare innovation.

Formación

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with GenAI tools like ChatGPT Custom GPTs and Gemini Gems; ability to build data visualizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to document AI use cases and translate tech to business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Define project requirements with stakeholders and validate AI-driven applications.
• Design and build no-code/low-code AI tools to automate internal workflows.
• Develop AI-enhanced solutions for diverse corporate use cases.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users for adoption.
• Troubleshoot and optimize solutions based on user feedback and new requirements.
• Maintain and update AI capabilities within corporate BD apps and stay aware of trends.
• Create and update documentation and knowledge bases for AI tools.

The Position The role

You’ll work alongside a dynamic team in a fast paced environment shaping how AI can enhance the strategic capabilities of Business Development. This is an opportunity to blend business insight, creativity, and technical curiosity to help build a next-generation partnership and insights platform within Roche.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to clearly define project requirements, implement use cases, and validate AI-driven applications.
• Design and build lightweight, no-code/medium-code generative AI tools and assistants to automate or enhance internal workflows and processes.
• Develop and refine AI-enhanced solutions that support diverse corporate use cases, enhancing efficiency and strategic decision-making.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to users and teams to ensure successful adoption and effective use of AI-based applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize solutions based on continuous user feedback and emerging business requirements.
• Continue to maintain and update AI capabilities within corporate business development applications, maintaining awareness of emerging trends and best practices
• Develop and update documentation and knowledge bases for corporate business development AI tools

Who You Are

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience using GenAI tools like ChatGPT (Custom GPTs), Gemini (Gems), or other AI assistants, and building data visualizations, such as Tableau dashboards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for documenting AI use cases and translating between technical tools and business needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset with experience working effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (preferred)
