Novcom is seeking a Business Analyst in Madrid to bridge business intent with technical execution. You will work closely with Product, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate needs into actionable, testable requirements and user stories.

• Experience in process modelling and documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge the gap between Product, stakeholders, and development teams with a shared understanding of objectives and outcomes.
• Collaborate with developers to explore requirements and translate them into clear, feasible, testable user stories.
• Support refinement by clarifying scope, assumptions, and dependencies to reduce ambiguity and enable delivery.
• Ensure teams understand why requests matter for better solution design and implementation.
• Identify gaps or missing context to minimize blockers during development and testing.
• Foster alignment across Product, Architecture, and Engineering to reduce rework.
• Promote team autonomy through clear communication during discovery and delivery phases.
• Work with QA, architects, and Team Leaders to contribute to clarity rather than controlling delivery.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI in product features or internal workflows.
