Allianz Services in Barcelona seeks an AI Engineer (m/f/d) to design, build, and productionize agentic AI systems within our Data Analytics Solutions team. Collaborate with an international team to translate goals into measurable business outcomes under clear SLAs and governance.

The role covers end-to-end ML/LLM projects, from model development to deployment, with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and cost-efficiency, plus a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional end-to-end ML/LLM project experience.
• Expert-level Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps practices.
• Practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks: PydanticAI, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI.
• CI/CD automation and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred) and MS AI Foundry / MosaicAI.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement ML models and LLM-powered applications with robust system design.
• End-to-end agentic AI solutions: planning, tool-use, memory, multi-agent orchestration.
• Develop models ranging from LightGBM to state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Create evaluation frameworks, offline/online testing, human-in-the-loop systems.
• Secure integrations between AI models and internal APIs and databases.
• Optimize AI services for latency and cost using caching, streaming, batching, circuit breakers.
• Ensure security: prompt injection defenses, audit logging, privacy compliance.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Platform Engineers, Product Managers.
• Write maintainable code and CI/CD pipelines; produce runbooks.
