SD Worx is seeking an AI / Azure Foundry Engineer to accelerate AI-enabled automation across Payroll and Products. You will design intelligent automation using Azure AI Foundry, Python, and advanced AI tooling, delivering scalable solutions for internal teams while shaping engineering standards for AI workloads.

You will collaborate with Payroll and Product SMEs to translate business challenges into technical designs, ensuring safe AI deployment, governance, and measurable efficiency gains

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years delivering AI or machine learning solutions in production/enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Azure AI Foundry or comparable Azure AI/ML services.
• Code management via feature branches; PR reviews required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build automation solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Python.
• Develop AI services integrated with Foundry workflows, hubs, models and datasets.
• Create reusable AI components and patterns for other squads.
• Establish prompt design guidelines, model governance and responsible AI practices.
• Lead discussions on AI architecture, performance, and safety.
