• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a tech field.
• Experience designing and implementing business solutions on Microsoft stack.
• Experience with AI projects is highly valued.
• Strong governance, security and lifecycle knowledge.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, design and implement AI-enabled use cases within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Translate business needs into practical digital solutions using low-code and automation.
• Promote AI capabilities across the company via training and change management.
• Collaborate with IT, governance and external partners to ensure integration.
• Monitor governance practices, strategies and compliance.
• Measure impact and share insights for scaling and optimization.
