Formación

• Experiencia profesional en proyectos de TI y mínimo 3 años en arquitectura del módulo IRM.
• Conocimientos en ITIL son un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Recopilar requisitos del negocio y traducirlos en soluciones tecnológicas.
• Implementar y desarrollar soluciones de TI en la suite de ServiceNow.

What You'll Do

• Requirements gathering from the business and translate into technology solutions.
• Implement, develop, and be responsible for IT solutions on the internal ServiceNow application suite used worldwide.
• Coordinate and control the development for the area of responsibility at the solution level.
• Responsible for the holistic life cycle: from the introduction to the implementation of requirements and the rollout to operation.
• Analyze and coordinate the requirements and specifications of the implementation as well as the design of the solution architecture.
• You will take on strategic and operational advice for internal customers and ensure an efficient support chain.

What You'll Need

• Desired University degree in IT or similar.
• You have already professional experience in IT projects and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the architecture of the IRM module.
• Knowledge in ITIL is a plus.
• Hybrid work with 8 days a month at the office in Barcelona.
• Language: English is a must and German a plus.
