What You'll Do

• Gather requirements from the business and translate them into technology solutions.
• Implement, develop, and be responsible for IT solutions on the internal ServiceNow application suite used worldwide.
• Coordinate and control the development within your area of responsibility at the solution level.
• Manage the entire lifecycle : from requirements gathering to implementation and rollout to operation.
• Analyze and coordinate the requirements, specifications, and design of the solution architecture.
• Provide strategic and operational advice to internal customers and ensure an efficient support chain.

What You'll Need

• Desired University degree in IT or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT projects, specifically in the architecture of the IRM module.
• Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
• Hybrid work arrangement : 8 days a month at the office in Barcelona.
• Language : English is mandatory; German is a plus.
