Formación

AI and Emerging Technologies Expert

Location: Europe (remote/on-site as needed)

Duration: Up to 12 months

Estimated Workload: Short-term assignments / task-based consultancy

About the Opportunity:

We are creating a pool of AI and Emerging Technologies Experts for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001. The contract involves the provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member States. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and evaluate AI use cases for chatbots, predictive analytics, and pre-filled forms in public service delivery.
  2. Advise on the selection of tools and approaches for intelligent automation in administrative processes.
  3. Develop a proof of concept (PoC) to demonstrate AI feasibility within redesigned service workflows.
  4. Ensure alignment with EU AI Act principles, data privacy, and transparency standards.
Qualifications:
  • Background in computer science, data analytics, or AI systems.
  • 5+ years of experience applying AI solutions in the public sector or related regulatory settings.
  • Familiarity with explainable AI, digital ethics, and user acceptance of AI tools.
  • Demonstrated experience developing or assessing prototypes or PoC for service innovation.
