Taizen is hiring a Software Engineer to build the AI execution layer that powers proactive workflows for GTM teams. You will work in Barcelona, in-person at least 4 days a week, contributing to a stack including React frontend, Node/TypeScript backend, and Python services, with a Rust vector store and AWS infrastructure.

You will ship features end-to-end, design data models for diverse data types, and own the delivery pipeline from conception through deployment, while growing in a fast-paced,

Formación

• CS degree required or equivalent
• 4+ years shipping production software on a product team
• Experience with TypeScript/React and Python/Node
• Hands-on with CI/CD, deployments and observability

Responsabilidades

• Ship features end-to-end from problem to deployment including architecture decisions
• Build reliable backend services and workflows for the agents
• Build product surfaces across the web app and Slack
• Work on data models and infrastructure for fast reads/writes
• Own quality, monitoring and incident response
• Maintain CI/CD and infrastructure hygiene
