Taizen is building purpose-built AI agents for Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Revenue teams. Join as a Software Engineer to craft the AI execution layer and enable agents to act, not just answer.

This Barcelona-based role requires in-person work at least 4 days/week, with a compensation range of €40k–€65k plus equity. We connect agents to Gong, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and more, delivering proactive workflows.

Formación

• CS degree or equivalent required.
• ,

Responsabilidades

• Ship end-to-end features for the AI agent platform.
• Build reliable backend services and workflows behind the agents.
• Develop product surfaces across the web app and Slack.
• Work on data models and infrastructure for fast reads and writes.
• Own testing, monitoring, observability, and incident response.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure hygiene.
