Job summary

Coltech is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions for fintech products. This fully remote role spans Europe, with responsibilities to deploy AI capabilities from prototype to scalable production.

You will work on embeddings, LLMs, and agentic AI, leveraging LangChain and related tools in a cloud-native stack. Strong backend integration, and regression to compliance standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
• Experience building and deploying LLM / Generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
• Experience with AI agents / Agentic AI.
• Understanding of ML/LLM deployment and MLOps.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Docker / Kubernetes experience beneficial.

Senior AI Engineer | FinTech | Fully Remote EU | Up to €100/hour

I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing FinTech looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join them on a long-term contract.

Location: Fully Remote - Europe

You'll be working on the design and delivery of production-grade AI solutions, helping integrate advanced AI capabilities into core products and business processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong commercial experience as an AI/ML Engineer
• Experience building and deploying LLM / Generative AI applications
• RAG, embeddings and vector databases
• Experience with AI agents / Agentic AI
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex
• Strong understanding of ML/LLM deployment and MLOps
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Docker / Kubernetes experience beneficial
• Strong API and backend integration experience
• FinTech, banking, payments or other regulated-industry experience is highly desirable

We're particularly interested in engineers who can go beyond experimentation and have experience taking AI solutions from prototype through to scalable production environments.
