This permanent role involves managing flight clearance, production incidents, and ensuring quality in the delivery process. Job Description:

Accountabilities:

• To ensure customer satisfaction, the contract conformity, deliveries on time and Quality, NQARs focal point, permits to flight (ferry flight from AHD and Acceptances flights at AHE), incidents and non conformities management. This position has full accountability and is in charge of management of concessions, production incidents, flight clearance, all delivery documentation and quality function in delivery process.

• Interact as AHE Program Quality Assurance Representative with Government Quality Assurance Representative (GQAR’s) as focal point for quality related subjects for AHE Quality Management System and all Contractual requirements. Accountable for assuring flow down of contract and national law requirements (coming from customers and authorities) into company Quality Management System (QMS).

• Program Quality is accountable to issue and get GQAR co-signature of IPL, Mission Equipment and Helicopter Certificates of Conformity and associated documentation, what allows the delivery to customer.

Main activities:

• To perform and update Quality Assurance Plan (contract requirement).

• To attend and follow periodical Programs meetings with AHD/AH.

• To attend and follow internal meetings to set up Aircrafts Acceptance processes.

• A couple of visits per year to AH/AHD FALs and FLs, to meet AH/AHD counterparts.

• NQAR interface.

• Permits to flight management with Spanish Airworthiness Authority.

• To get involved during Aircrafts Acceptance at AHE to manage all Quality issues.

• To physically inspect with Official Services spares materials at warehouse.

• Customer remarks management as Q involved.

• To get ready materials and Aircrafts delivery documentation.

• To get ready and sign all delivery CoCs.
