Trifolium Farms busca un Agrónomo para unirse a su equipo en la Península Ibérica, enfocado en la producción sostenible de cultivos leñosos. El candidato ideal tendrá un título en Ingeniería Agronómica, experiencia en cultivos como olivos o almendros, y habilidades en herramientas digitales. Se ofrece un contrato permanente a tiempo completo, con un compromiso hacia la innovación agrícola y la sostenibilidad.

Formación

• Experiencia demostrable en cultivos leñosos en la Península Ibérica.
• Nivel de inglés intermedio (B2), especialmente hablado.
• Licencia de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar.

Responsabilidades

• Planificación, ejecución y seguimiento técnico de cultivos leñosos.
• Control de tareas agrícolas: riego, poda, tratamientos.
• Elaboración de informes técnicos y de seguimiento de producción.

Conocimiento técnico en gestión de cultivos leñosos

Uso de herramientas digitales de gestión

Habilidades de comunicación efectiva

Educación

Título de Ingeniero Agrónomo o similar

·Planning, execution and technical monitoring of woody crops.

·Control of agricultural tasks: irrigation, pruning, treatments, harvesting.

·Optimisation of the use of inputs (water, fertilisers, plant protection products).

·Application of sustainability and regenerative agriculture criteria.

·Coordination with field operators, external technicians and suppliers.

·Preparation of technical reports and production monitoring reports

Requirements:

· Degree in Agricultural Engineering or similar.

· Demonstrable experience in woody crops in the Iberian Peninsula.

· Technical knowledge of olive, almond, pistachio or other permanent crop management.

· Minimum intermediate level of English (B2), especially spoken.

· Use of digital management tools.

· Driving licence and availability to travel within the territory.

The following will be valued:

·Advanced level of English (C1) for communication with international clients.

·Experience in precision agriculture and technified irrigation systems.

·Knowledge of organic or integrated production certifications.

·Team management and effective communication skills.
